Covid - 19 A. Support for the tribal :

CYF was requested by the tribal people to support them in food materials like provisions & groceries for their families. Three villages in Annaikatti was distributed with farm fresh vegetables, provisions, we also gave a detailed awareness on covid-19. Regarding the frequent hand wash , social distance , wearing mask were well explained. It was indeed a great opportunity to know their lifestyle & what they were lagging, yes the education of their kids was a question mark , there was so many dropouts CYF promised to give them accommodation & food & make them continue their school education...

Feeding the hunger under lockdown:

CYF prepared 1000 packs of hygienic food taking care of safety measures while cooking, freshly cooked with best ingredients was packed neatly & distributed to various areas in our city like sundarapuram, Madhukarai market, in & around Kinathukaduvu zone. We had active Yuva volunteers who supported us initiative day & night to distribute the food to various place on time. We served both lunch & dinner to keep the hunger happy with our meal.

COVID-19 Relief - HAND WASH MOVEMENT & HEALTH SINKS FOR FRONTLINE SUPER HEROES!

CYF working in overdrive to get protective gear and health sinks to as many frontline super heroes as possible, as quickly as possible, with emergency deliveries leaving daily for medical facilities across the City CYF is spreading awareness to the public through health authorities, CYF donated health sinks to police officials, Coimbatore Medical College Hospital- CMCH as our frontline super heroes safety & security is our priority. CYF empowers & support rural women in stitching reusable cloth face masks& cloth bags to support their families from Poverty. CYF provides personal protective equipment and essential medical items to health workers responding to coronavirus (COVID-19).
